Four star hotel AMBERTON Klaipeda few years ago opened new Conference Center, holding biggest conferences in the town, new products and projects presentation, seminars, workshops, trainings, and international conferences. K-CENTER
K-Center features 3 conference halls, named as conference hall A, conference hall B and conference hal C. All 3 conference rooms arekocated on the first floor of AMBERTON KLAIPEDA Hotel K-Centre. Each of the halls accommodates from 40 to 100 participants. All three halls together accommodate up to 350 participants. It is a modern conference center with deliberately arranged mobile partitions, enabling to modify the hall in three sizes. K-Center halls are equipped with simultaneous translation cabins and participants are offered translation headphones.
Conference Hall 'VIP'
Conference Hall 'VIP' is located on the 20th floor of K-Centre. Its size is 114 m2. One window wall reveals Sea Gates and dimpling water, another window wall reveals stunning Klaipeda panorama with red roofed old town. If you feel that participants are over distracted by these remarkable views, wooden blinds in bitter chocolate tone will help you regain the attention. VIP conference hall has a direct connection to restaurant VIVA LAVITA, where coffee breaks and lunch are offered for conference participants.
Conference Hall 'KLAIPÄ–DA'
Conference Hall KLAIPEDA is situated on the 2nd floor of the main building. This hall is well known among our loyal customers. The hall is periodically renovated. Once it was probably the only conference hall in Klaipeda city. Our regular guests sense a feeling of nostalgia and continue organizing seminars, conference or presentations in this bright hall. Board room with round table for meetings up to ten persons is close to Conference Hall Klaipeda.
Coffee breaks / Lunch
The majority of conference planners prefer coffee breaks to be served in conference hall. For the guests, willing to escape from conference hall, we will offer many snazzy hotel areas suitable to organize coffee breaks.
